This small event was arranged at short notice and despite taking place on a Monday was well supported by enthusiasts.

RF 453 awaits its next duty inside Harrow Weald garage. Metroline were extremely supportive of the event and allowed use of the garage as the base for the activities.

During the afternoon, the three RFs operated a free service over route 136. RF 453 worked the later, longer route through to Harrow Weald and is seen here calling at Harrow School. The other two RFs shuttled over the original short route between South Harrow and Harrow-on-the-Hill station.
